INDIVIDUAL MENTAL PERFORMANCE Coaching

80% of performance is mental, yet most of us only train the physical body. Successful performance requires physical and mental reps. Mental coaching can take you to the next level—and keep you there. Mental game coaching with Tiffany is supportive, solution-focused, and strategic, building concrete mental techniques to use in your very next practice. Individual coaching is done online or in-person, and each session lasts about 45 minutes. Six- and ten-session packages offer complete mental game training.
