We know that sport performance can be up to 80% mental, yet most athletes only spend time training their bodies.
With mental training, higher levels of athletic performance can be achieved.
On-site workshops allow teams and coaches to develop mental skills that build performance both on and off the field. Teams learn to open their lines of communication and to work together effectively and efficiently. Players learn simple, effective techniques to to use in their very next game to enhance their performance.
Sessions may last anywhere from a half-hour to a full-day, teaching mental techniques through real world examples, high-energy games, short video clips, and interactive discussions.
Tiffany tailors a cohesive mental training program to each individual’s goals and ambitions. Athletes learn to block out distractions and to channel nervous energy into successful performances. Results are often seen immediately, and build over the course of a few weeks' work together.
Approximately 45 minutes in length, one-on-one consultations provide each athlete with expert guidance on how to train the brain to excel. Consultations may be done in person, over the phone, or via Skype.
Athletes and coaches think differently. Through coaching workshops, coaches learn to align their coaching style with each athlete’s learning style, to get the most out of every player.
