As a graduate of
Cornell University with a Master's degree in exercise science from Ithaca
College, Wilding-White has the education and experience to help athletes
succeed. A former national champion in gymnastics, she knows firsthand the
rigors of competitive athletics and the benefits of mental training. A native
of the Berkshires, she worked at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake
City, UT, was a research assistant at national gymnastics team training
camps in Atlanta, GA, and has consulted with IMG/Bollettieri Academies,
including the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Bradenton, FL.
She has been published in Tennis Life, Boston College Law School Magazine, and The Boston Globe. Her work includes athletes in individual and team sports, including golf, tennis, hockey, figure skating, gymnastics, basketball, soccer, baseball, luge, alpine skiing, swimming and crew.
